DEATH of MONEY?

Proverbs 3:7-8

King James Version

7 Be not wise in thine own eyes:

fear the Lord, and depart from evil.

8 It shall be health to thy navel,

and marrow to thy bones.

What is the state of the world right now?

Financially, at least?

Listen to this fresh  video, and you will have an idea.

Jim Rickard's book, "The Death of Money", was written nearly 10 years ago.

And yet, it is more relevant than ever.

Especially when I read these excerpts from its Amazon link:

"While Washington is gridlocked and unable to make progress on our long-term problems, our biggest economic competitors—China, Russia, and the oilproducing nations of the Middle East—are doing everything possible to end U.S. monetary hegemony. The potential results: Financial warfare. Deflation. Hyperinflation. Market collapse. Chaos."

"The author shows how everyday citizens who save and invest have become guinea pigs in the central bankers’ laboratory."

"The world’s major financial players—national governments, big banks, multilateral institutions—will always muddle through by patching together new rules of the game."

I've always known that.

That everyday citizens are but guinea pigs to the elite.

I need not point out to you all the programs and schemes we've all been put through.

All the while, most of us are kept in the dark.

As an ordinary citizen, I've also wondered about one thing.

And it's not an affront to any financial brain.

With all the matching degrees, and expertise, why is the world still mostly poor?

Why do we keep going through the same cycle of boom, and bust?

Why does it only uphold a few rich?

Why can't governments seem to get their act together?

Why is there favoritism?

Who keeps the game going?

What would end poverty?

Who really has a solution to all the problems?

As born again, things have been made clear for me.

The SPIRIT of GOD makes things plain.

Through Scripture, the WORD of GOD.

The Bible reveals the true nature of the world.

It has its own god.

Ephesians 6:12

King James Version

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood,

but against principalities, against powers,

against the rulers of the darkness of this world,

against spiritual wickedness in high places.

JESUS told us about this deceiver:

John 8:44-45

King James Version

44 Ye are of your father the devil,

and the lusts of your father ye will do.

He was a murderer from the beginning,

and abode not in the truth,

because there is no truth in him.

When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own:

for he is a liar, and the father of it.

45 And because I tell you the truth,

ye believe me not.

Why is there no perfect monetary system?

Why is there no perfect government?

Why is there no perfect solution?

The answer is simple.

Man is not perfect.

His heart is not perfect with GOD.

These verses explain it all:

Genesis 6:5-6

King James Version

5 And God saw that the wickedness of man

was great in the earth, and that every imagination

of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

6 And it repented the Lord

that he had made man on the earth,

and it grieved him at his heart.

Romans 3:9-10

King James Version

9 What then? are we better than they?

No, in no wise: for we have before proved

both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;

10 As it is written,

There is none righteous, no, not one:

Romans 3:11

King James Version

11 There is none that understandeth,

there is none that seeketh after God.

Romans 3:12

King James Version

12 They are all gone out of the way,

they are together become unprofitable;

there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

Romans 3:23

King James Version

23 For all have sinned,

and come short of the glory of God;

Man does not deliver just weight.

Proverbs 11:1

King James Version

11 A false balance is abomination to the Lord:

but a just weight is his delight.

Man ignores the poor.

Deuteronomy 15:11

King James Version

11 For the poor shall never cease out of the land:

therefore I command thee, saying,

Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother,

to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.

Until we learn to love, as JESUS taught us to love, we'll always be in the same boat.

A stinking, sinking boat.
